Frequently Asked Questions
Our services may be suitable for adults and young people requiring support due to disability, learning disability, SEND, reduced independence or other support needs. Every referral will be individually assessed.
Yes. We support people in their own homes with daily living skills, companionship and routines. Personal care will be available once our CQC registration is complete.
Yes. Community participation and independence are important parts of our approach. We support individuals to visit libraries, cafes, parks, social clubs, sports centres and attend appointments.
Yes. Learning disability support is one of our key areas of focus. We understand that a learning disability does not define a person and build support around the individual’s strengths and goals.
We welcome enquiries from individuals and families looking to arrange private support, as well as those using direct payments or personal health budgets.
Yes. Social workers, care managers, local authorities and other healthcare professionals can contact us regarding potential referrals through our online Professional Referral form or direct contact.
Availability will depend on the service being commissioned and our capacity. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific requirements.
Our initial focus is London, particularly South London (including Croydon, Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Wandsworth, Merton, Bromley, Greenwich, Sutton, and Bexley). Please contact us to confirm whether we currently provide services within your specific area.
This will depend on the individual’s needs, assessment, staff availability and any required documentation. We will always prioritise starting a service safely rather than starting before appropriate arrangements are in place.
