About this support
Transitions into adulthood can be particularly important for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our aim is to support individuals to develop skills that will help them become as independent as possible, focusing on real-life experiences rather than simply completing activities on paper.
What Support May Include:
Independent living skills and home management
Community access, road safety and spatial awareness
Social interaction and building peer relationships

Volunteering placements and employability readiness
Emotional health, physical exercise and wellbeing routines
